QuickBooks catch-up bookkeeping questions
How long does a cleanup take?
Timing depends on the number of months, accounts, and transactions involved. Your quote includes an estimated timeline for your scope.
How far back do you clean up?
Up to 12 months fits our standard cleanup process. For books more than 12 months behind, we provide a custom quote after reviewing the file.
What if you find more problems than expected?
If the review turns up work outside the agreed scope, we explain what we found and agree on any change before doing that work.
Why do you require a deposit?
A cleanup reserves time on our schedule. The 50% ACH deposit confirms the project, and the balance is due when the cleanup is completed.
What happens after the cleanup?
You maintain the books yourself, or continue with monthly bookkeeping and receive preferred cleanup pricing.
Do you work with QuickBooks Desktop?
No. We work exclusively in QuickBooks Online.
